A path forward — for your weight, your cycles, your whole self.
Two pathways · One philosophy: Care, Compassion, Community
PCOS/PMOS and endometriosis touch nearly every part of life — your cycles, energy, skin, fertility, mood, and the way your body holds weight. At Emerge, we believe modern medicine should meet you where you are. Compounded tirzepatide can be part of a thoughtful, whole-person plan, supported every step of the way by our support teams.
Note on your intake form if you’re looking to manage symptoms associated with PCOS/PMOS and/or Endometriosis.
Two pathways, built for where you are now.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Tell us what you’re really trying to solve, and our support teams will guide you toward the program that fits your goals.

Start IntakeTailored Symptom-Relief Program
For patients at or near a healthy weight who want a tailored symptom-relief protocol for PCOS/PMOS or endometriosis.
Best for you if:
- You are at or near a healthy weight and do not have weight loss goals.
- Your focus is symptom relief: cycle irregularity, pelvic pain, fatigue, insulin resistance, inflammation, skin changes, and mood.
- You want a personalized symptom-relief protocol tailored to your hormonal and metabolic picture — not a weight-loss-driven plan.
Note: If you have weight to lose, many of these same symptoms often improve as a result of weight loss itself. Most patients in that situation start with Program A — our support teams will help you decide where to begin.

Hear from Savannah.
The intersection of endometriosis, PCOS/PMOS, various women’s health conditions, and metabolic health are areas medicine is only beginning to understand. The results many patients are experiencing — including myself — from tirzepatide and GLP-1 medications are shifting the conversation around what comprehensive care for these conditions can look like.
Answers for PCOS/PMOS & Endometriosis patients.
1.Can tirzepatide help with my PCOS/PMOS or endometriosis?+
Tirzepatide is not a cure, but it can be one helpful tool in a broader plan. PCOS/PMOS is often driven by insulin resistance — tirzepatide acts on GLP-1 and GIP pathways that influence insulin sensitivity, appetite, and metabolic balance. For some patients, that translates into improvements in weight, cravings, energy, and cycle regularity. Endometriosis is more complex and inflammatory; tirzepatide isn’t a treatment for endometriosis itself, but our program looks at the whole picture — weight, metabolic health, inflammation, and lifestyle. Responses vary, and our support teams will help set realistic expectations.
2.What if I have weight to lose along with PCOS/PMOS or endometriosis?+
Most patients in that situation start with Program A. Weight loss itself often improves symptoms — cycle regularity, energy, insulin resistance, inflammation — so a weight-focused plan tends to address both at once. Program B is reserved for patients at or near a healthy weight who want a tailored symptom-relief protocol. Our support teams will help you choose.
3.Is tirzepatide safe — and what if I have other medical conditions?+
Tirzepatide has been studied extensively and is widely used for weight management and metabolic conditions. Like any medication, it carries potential side effects. Share everything during intake — current medications, diagnoses, and history. A licensed provider reviews every intake to determine whether tirzepatide is clinically appropriate and which program fits best.
4.How does my prescription, shipping, and ongoing support work?+
Your prescription is filled by a 503A compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to you. Once you’re a patient, our support teams are available by text (305-930-7387) and email (patients@emergeweight.com) — reach out whenever you have questions, concerns, or need adjustments.
5.What if I’m planning to become pregnant, or could become pregnant?+
Tell us during intake. Tirzepatide is not used during pregnancy, and current guidance recommends discontinuing at least two months before trying to conceive — improvements in insulin sensitivity and weight can restore fertility unexpectedly. If you’re actively trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding, tirzepatide is not appropriate, and reliable contraception is recommended while on therapy. Our support teams will work with you on timing and how tirzepatide fits (or pauses) within your fertility goals.
Your wellness journey, your way.
Whether your focus is weight loss, symptom relief, or both — our support teams are here to guide you to the path that fits your story.
Note on your intake form if you’re looking to manage symptoms associated with PCOS/PMOS and/or Endometriosis.
Individual results vary. Emerge Weight Loss makes no guarantees regarding weight loss, symptom relief, fertility outcomes, cycle regulation, or any other specific clinical result from tirzepatide or any program. Compounded tirzepatide is dispensed by a 503A compounding pharmacy and is prescribed only when clinically appropriate following intake review by a licensed provider. Tirzepatide is not used during pregnancy and is not appropriate for patients who are pregnant, actively trying to conceive, or breastfeeding. This page is educational and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice. PCOS/PMOS and endometriosis are complex conditions; treatment plans should be discussed with our support teams to determine what is right for you. Please disclose your full medical history, current medications, and any pregnancy plans during intake.
